Lg Dare vs. Palm Treo 700w?
Question by Suprdud: Lg Dare vs. Palm Treo 700w?
My friend has a Palm Treo 700w, and i was playin around with it for a little. Like 10 minutes or something. Anyways, he says “oh yeah, you wanna buy it?” So i look at my phone, which is a LG Dare and I say “well what if we trade phones?”
So he says sure, so i told him i would have to decide.
So should i do it?
What are the specs of the Treo? i know it’s slightly older than the dare, but it has wi-fi and Windows Mobile. But how do they compare?
Btw, there both on verizon.

i think you should stick with your dare. i dont like windows mobile because its slow and starts to get on your nerves after awhile. i think you have a perfectly good phone right now and i dont think they even sell the treo 700w anymore because its not slightly older its alot older and sprint has a 750 something and has had it for a couple years. stick with your phone right now

The HTC is fantastic. I love the voice dial feature.

Here is a link to a comparison to the phones. I have read plus and minus reviews of each phone. The RIZR is discontinued though.

How does AT&T wireless service compare to T-mobile?
I just recently purchased a Sony Ericsson 3g phone, only to find that T-Mobile’s 3G network wont work with it. I’ve always been satisfied with T-Mobile’s service, but don’t want to switch to AT&T for their 3g only to have a bad experience with them.

I just got the samsung instinct by sprint and the web sucks. it is nothing compared to the iphone!

Why are T-Mobile phones so technologically behind phones of other major carriers?
I don’t understand it at all. I’ve compared the phones of T-mobile with that of other major companies, and it seems as though if a phone costs $100 for T-Mobile, I can easily find like 3 phones for the same price for other carriers each. T-Mobile is the only major carrier with phones that don’t have 3G, and its mind-boggling.
It seems like all T-Mobile does is make little revisions to old phone models, while Verizon, At&t, Sprint, and Altell are passing it by. I have t-mobile, and I can’t wait until my contract expires(in 2 long years). T-Mobile has one touch screen phone, while these other companies have at least 3. Why is this the case?
I really had no choice in the contract I have. If it were up to me, I’d have Verizon. I’m a minor, and I tried persuading my mother to get something else, but she didn’t listen to me. She would have gotten a discount if she had gone to Verizon that would have been equal to the monthly bill of T-Mobile and the perks would have been the same as well.
